We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Stylists and Staging Director, contributing your organizational prowess, excellent communication skills, and passion for home staging and design. We are seeking a reliable team player with a professional demeanor who is eager to learn and grow in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage staging and improvements projects from start to finish
  • Meet with prospective clients at property walkthrough appointments / win projects
  • Serve as the client liaison with regard to all aspects of the staging and improvements process
  • Efficiently and accurately create customized staging proposals keeping the client’s needs in mind
  • Collaborate with the staging team including the staging director, office manager, other project managers, stylists,installers, and plant technicians as well as outside vendors
  • Organize and follow timelines that meet the needs of the client
  • Manage individual budgets for each project with accuracy
  • Manage company relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, etc.
  • Maintain accurate project and client records in our CRM software
  • Stay current on all design trends and maintain the Green Couch standards for design

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or project management preferred
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Knowledge of Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Hubspot
  • Previous project management, staging and / or real estate experience, a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of current design trends and styles
  • Minimum 3 years customer service / sales experience
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Highly motivated and can adapt to change quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and receive instructions on the go
  • Have a positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good project management skills and proven ability with time management
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to drive to work locations in personal car – Must have a valid CA driver’s license, insurance, clean driving record and reliable vehicle

Benefits:

  • Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour, will commensurate based on experience
  • 6 – 8 hour shifts – Hours will vary greatly depending on the season, but will typically be 20 – 30 hours per week depending on our project schedule. Overtime may be required from time to time.
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time opportunity
